Simplicity of design with only one shaft and direct drive produces robust, long-lasting pressure/vacuum generators compressors with low maintenance and running costs. These pressure/vacuum generators operate completely oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake filter and control valve, these pressure/vacuum generators can be fitted with other accessories without a problem.
The blast air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blast air temperature. The compact cover ensures low noise and heat emission. The combined pressure/vacuum generators are additionally equipped with a second intake. This provides the capability of making minor adjustments to the suction and pressure side as well as to high blast air volumes. By way of option, the second intake can also be used as a second low-vacuum suction air supply.
Optional corrosion protection also makes these vacuum pumps suitable for extracting moist air.

With this special development [suitable for the application], Becker extends its popular T product range by the compact models X 4.10 DV to X 4.40 DSK.
Equipped with completely newly developed vanes, these oil-free X rotary vane pumps distinguish themselves by high abrasion resistance and with that extremely long service lives. And since no dust develops where there is virtually no wear, the devices of the Series X are perfectly suited for precision processes under clean room conditions.
An additional reliability plus is the on-site service by Becker in case of need. Exchange installations and the downtimes associated with that are no longer an issue anymore.

TWICE THE OUTPUT - APPLICATION FLEXIBILITY - ALL IN A SINGLE UNIT
The new E-Series Elliptical pumps from Becker challenge the adage that
there’s nothing new in the world.
The E-Series pump is a new concept in pump design, combining one rotor and two
compression chambers to yield a pump with 4 specific configurations: 2 Vacuum
pumps; 2 compressors; independent pressure and vacuum pumps; or 2 combined
pressure/vacuum pumps.
In the EPV series, the piston for the first time turns in an elliptical housing: instead of creating a single compression chamber as hitherto, this produces two independent ones. These can be combined in numerous ways or used separately from each other. Whether in the vacuum, pressure, combined or even double-combined pressure/vacuum operating mode, virtually everything is possible.
What’s more, the compression chambers can be of different sizes to meet specific customer needs. Need more blast air flow than vacuum? No problem. More vacuum flow than pressure? We can do that, too. The EPV series covers a delivery range of 2x40m³/h to 2x100m³/h and attains a final vacuum of 100 mbar absolute as well a pressure of +2.0 bar.
Unlike twin-shaft vacuum pumps and compressors, these units are 100% oil-free in the way they work (no drive gear). The single-shaft design and the number of compression chambers guarantee low-pulsation suction and/or blast air as well as low noise. These pumps are truly oil-less, unlike other pumps that say they are, but stilthrough a transparent filter cover.
Wide voltage range motors mean that delivery can be faster because one motor
covers most voltages in use worldwide, which eliminates special orders.
We’ve integrated all the accessories to save space and make installation easier:
vacuum and pressure regulating valves, blast air coolers, inlet filters, dust
separators, and silencers.
Finally, a single E-Series elliptical pump can replace as many as four
individual pumps, depending on your application.

Using "multi-stage" compression, side channel pressure/vacuum generators produce low-pulsation suction and blast air. Perfected impeller design with curved blades guarantees optimum efficiency. Separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller provides the capability of operating with a combination of suction and pressure with only one impeller.
Intake filter, vacuum as well as pressure safety valve can be integrated as an optional extra in the patented design of the sound absorbers. The sound absorbers can be varied in length, affording flexible adjustment to available installation space.
